Menus 1 & 2 can be collected or delivered in disposable containers with instructions

for serving & heating if you do not wish to hire staff.

Menus 3, 4 & 5 require a chef to finish off the canapés at the venue.

Many of them require last minute preparation or cooking.

I would also recommend that you hire waiting staff to serve at your party.

If you’d like to serve some canapés before lunch or dinner, I suggest choosing 2-4 per head.
