Informal Entertaining

 

The following main dishes are made to order for you to heat at home.

They can be made in our ceramic dishes (with a deposit payable) or made in disposable foil containers.

Perfect for when you have a house full of guests and don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen.

Prices are per portion for a minimum of 8 portions. Please order allowing 5 working days notice.

 

Please note that chicken dishes are made from British farm assured chicken. If you would like your chicken dishes made with free range chicken please add £1.50/head.

Salads from this list can be substituted into the knife & fork buffets, accompany dishes from the informal entertaining menu or be ordered separately for your own entertaining such as with barbeques.

Pasta Salads:        Fresh pesto, sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers & toasted pine nuts

                                Niscoise Bean Salad- green beans, cannellini beans, tuna, tomato & quails eggs

Green Salad:         Selection of fresh lettuce leaves including, rocket, lambs leaf & chard with homemade vinaigrette

Potato Salad:         New potatoes with fresh mixed herbs and mayonnaise or vinaigrette

Coleslaw:               Classic coleslaw with white shredded cabbage, grated carrot, onion and mayonnaise

                                Jimmy’s coleslaw- as above with poppy seeds, lime juice and fresh coriander
